Pros

A yearly all expense paid retreat, company events, monthly lunch provided. If you are a student/professional out of college this is a good company to get experience with. You will learn a lot about the industry and will be able to find a better paying position with another industry competitor.

Cons

Management strongly favors yes men and those that established themselves early in Talemed's history. Employee's do not have the ability to work autonomously and are micromanaged by lower level management. Good reviews from nurses and employees are highly encouraged and rewarded. Upper management frequently asks for feedback but is not open to the feedback received. I would not suggest taking a position with Talemed if you are established in your career. This is a company better suited for people out of college with little career experience. Upward mobility within the company is very challenging.

Pros

-Management actually cares about you as a person -The company gives back to employees using free lunches, outings, parties, etc. -They invest in employees using outside training methods such as Emergenetics and Transformation Leadership -You get paid for the work you put in (Could be a con if you do not want to work hard) -Company is growing extremely fast -Cares about giving back to the community through company paid Mission Trips, donation drives, and volunteer events

Cons

-Growing Pains (changing processes) -If you want to just coast at a job, this is not for you
