      Pros

      The office is centrally located and the team makes a huge effort to create a great place to work. Everyone is super smart and there is great collaboration

      Pros

      The location of the office is quite cool...

      Cons

      Some people seem frustrsted and hostile there. Management always "knows" best and employees have almost no voice (Which i assume leads to being hostile). A culture of smart, innovative startup is forced, but it's just a sugarcoat. From welcoming to farewell, I had only cringing conversations with the management. Felt personal, immature and unprofessional.

      Might work for younger people just starting out, but don't expect too much

      Pros

      - Not much better or worse than any other Berlin based startup - The pay is actually good - There was a neat team event or two, occasionally

      Cons

      - Loud, cramped office - You are always made to feel like you aren't doing enough - Do you have a life and family outside of the company? Not anymore you don't! - There are perks like a well equipped kitchen and even a nap room. The trick is that you're discouraged from using them, even if they are your only coping mechanisms for getting through the long days. - Excessive micromanagement where your every move is scrutinized
