Pros
Used to be a very good company but not anymore. Good people are either leaving or being laid off.
Cons
- company going thru reorg, work load increased by fold - People who work very hard are not recognized for their work - 1st time I am seeing good employee being laid off or demoted. The talkers are promoted. Some mgr only talk & dont really know their job, dont really understand the workload / stress their staff is going through. - process is very chaotic at the moment. People laid off & no clear direction on who is looking after their job - Mgmt is laying off without consulting / considering business impact. Re-engineer process without knowing some of these process does not work in some regions.
