Pros

Healthy positive vibe at the office.

Cons

I was hired and layed off in just 3 weeks. The reason I was given was that they would want me to leave because of budget constraint.

Pros

innovative and progressive, not your run of the mill agency, they really look to the future and want to change the market

Cons

unless you are in australia then it is hard to make a real impact as you will always be a smaller regional office

Pros

Gym Location of building

Cons

Misogynistic, sexist and homophobic staff that do not hesitate to state their opinions (Even in front of management who don't do anything about it!!) Drug culture waved in your face 24/7 Not much progression in the company Cant turn to management with any issues because they don't behave like management
