Great learning for how to direct and manage marketing campaigns for large and small brands, possibility of international development not only with the existing offices in Europe but also with the ones that will be opened in the USA and in Latin America. A great opportunity to learn about of the Marketing world and how to manage campaigns for big companies.
Cons
You need to know all aspects of the business to be able to get to a manager position, the idea is good to know 100% how the business works but sometimes it is difficult to reset and start again from below when you already have many years of experience, although with effort you can get out of the first departments quickly.

I´m a part of this organization, I have learned more than any collegiate class has taught me about marketing strategy, management, and how to simply present yourself in the work atmosphere. The best part is that I am still in my last semester of school! My team genuinely cares about me and what I want to achieve for my future. I have learned new skills that serve me not only for my work but also for my personal life. They have taught me to have more confidence in me and to be a great professional
Cons
You work hard. If you are lazy you are going to hate it. Also work in Costumer Services or Sales is always hard since customers can become very impolite.
