Luckily they didn't hit us for not reaching unrealistic targets, as its still considered illegal in India. on a humble suggestion Mr. Alok MD/ Partner seriously needs counseling to treat his mental issue. U CAN CONSIDER WORKING HERE IF YOU WANT TO KNOW WHAT A HORROR BOOS FEELS LIKE. besides this reason nothing to look for here.

Toxic work culture. Mr. Alok MD/Partner considers the employees as third grade humans.. period! Forget about employees, even the driver who was full time was complaining us of mental torture by Alok !!!
