Pros
Talent Tech is a fast pasted work environment with a startup culture. It been a blast to work here and as much as I like the work I love the people. The company is growing fast and very supportive of my areas of interest. If you are passionate about a role or new initiative they don't hesitate to get you involved.
Cons
The company is changing very quickly and most employee's have adjusted to the new culture but a few are still lagging behind. Healthcare options for US employees are pretty limited.
