I worked at TalentWorks International as a Senior Recruiter and had an absolutely horrendous experience. I feel compelled to warn others about the deeply problematic culture and practices within this company.
The CEO's behavior was appalling. He consistently displayed misogynistic and bigoted attitudes, creating a hostile and uncomfortable work environment. This alone should be a massive red flag.
The management team was equally detrimental. They operated through bullying tactics and demonstrated a complete disregard for employee wellbeing and mental health.
There was zero support, and any concerns were met with dismissiveness or aggression.
Furthermore, the company's business practices were unethical. They consistently overpromised clients, leading to inevitable under-delivery and damage to the company's reputation. I also witnessed questionable practices regarding invoices and employee pay, which raised serious concerns about financial integrity.
In short, TalentWorks International is a toxic workplace that I would strongly advise anyone to avoid. The lack of respect for employees, coupled with unethical business practices, makes it an incredibly damaging environment to work in.
