      Amazing culture but favoritism in leadership

      Pros

      Great culture, the company is so so. Culture bomb you with quarterly events and gifts and positive affirmations. They people are so amazing and kind.

      Cons

      The leadership plays favorites and doesn’t have your back. The client is right even if they aren’t and you will get the shaft quickly even if you don’t deserve it.

      Pros

      They will take anyone, very poor interviews process, so if you need a job quick, this is ur best bet But shows the type of people who work here.

      Cons

      Joining a client through TF means who will be treated like a third class citizen. Clients do not care about you, and TF follows the same morals. They also will not increase salary, they will milk it with every excuse in the book.
