- No incentive to sell, the worst commission percentages i've ever seen - Confused product, a real nice to have, no need for any company to truly invest in this - Not really sure what the direction of the company is- Partners aren't really that interested in pitching the product, because they don't really understand what it does

- managers will try to fake their sympathy towards you -zero help from managers -zero opportunity to settle down into your role they expect you to have a “growth plan ” just one year into your job . They’ll ask if you wish to move to another role what’s wrong in doing the same role for the next 3 to 4 years if you wish to? If you don’t have a growth plan you are deemed “unambitious and uninspired” -confusing timelines and no proper targets -very low commissions -HR sucks -their software is terrible and slow -be prepared to get randomly fired without any notice period
