Inspirational, charismatic, and technically-minded leadership. Product-led firm where Engineers are the rockstars! (some of them literally wrote the book on trading systems in TradFi). Most people came from top-tier schools and storied BigTech and Finance firms... but tend to be down-to-earth/laid-back but also hardworking, fun, and quirky colleagues with unique back-stories. Awesome product-market fit where the platform (almost) sells itself. A chance to work on the future rails and plumbing of Finance and Capital Markets, with a client base that includes the top buy-side and sell-side firms in the world. Totally modern global and decentralized organization. Flat org structure, remote working as you like, infinite leave, competitive pay with up-side. "No a-hole" hiring policy!

Actually using new technology, obvious some drawbacks, but not stuck on 10 year old libraries. Interesting work: given the space, it feels like there's a lot of room for innovation Above average culture: lots of nice perks, like 2,500 USD bonus for taking 5 consecutive vacation days every year, annual retreat for the entire team somewhere interesting, flexible work schedule/location.
