      Very professional organization which really understands the business they are in.

      Pros

      The company is very organized and a solid culture, they really treat the people they work with exceptionally well with professionalism. The work was interesting and the communication between them and the contracting company and myself was consistently good. I would welcome another opportunity to work with them in the future.

      Cons

      I really didn't run into anything I would consider a con with this organization, while no company is perfect the experience I had with them was excellent.

      Pros

      Talution is a small firm but the people there are concerned with their employees/consultants they have placed and show it by checking in with you and being available for any concerns you may have

      Cons

      Benefits - high insurance premiums, when the office you are placed in closes for a holiday or you need a personal day you are not paid. make sure you take that into account when negotiating a hourly rate

      Pros

      Talution Group is a wonderful place to work. The open communication, great atmosphere, and work environment are unlike anywhere else I have been in the past. Talution has everything and anything one would need to be successful in the recruiting industry. Management truly cares about the success of all of their employees.
