Pros
The Product and Ideas Great. They are great for society, great for patients and hospital staff. When looking at other companies in this space this one should be easier to adapt to from a cultural perspective than AMB, Mckesson and others.
Cons
Poor execution of vision, Product cycles are too long, lack of urgency on operational issues, complex project management process. With the state of the US economy, many hospitals are not investing in capital equipment so targets are lofty and the ability to achieve them may not be realistic.
