Pros
Super talented people who are passionate about creating a great product. Culture of supporting each other, being respectful of different ideas, and respectful of time zones. Fully remote - BUT gets the team together three times a year to build personal relationships in person.

* I can decide mostly for myself what I want to work on. * They're remote-only and handle it really well. * Healthy balance of meetings. * 2-3 times a year there's an off-site to a nice location
Cons
Remote work is not for everyone — I personally love it though.
