      Management stole ideas all the time. They don't want your input. Sit down? Shut up and work.

      Great coworkers and third party products.

      Cons

      Poor leadership and sense of direction. Was belittled and disproportionately compensated because they believed I had a "silver spoon". Very apparent drop in quality of in-house products. Limited resources to do much and no upward growth.
