Pros
Tap my Back is a company focused on employees recognition so, basically, its business model is based on employees happiness. You need to make sure your products work internally before you can sell them to other companies . This is why at TMB everything is aligned to make people feel involved and excited about their job.
Cons
It's a small team, so everyone has to do a bit of everything. Personally I think this kind of environment is exciting, but some people don't like it and find it "messy".
