Very friendly environment and great people to work with. Salary is pretty good with the position too.

Cons

No insurance is definitely a down side. I feel the management is a bit unclear on who does what too.

Legacy System Complexity: Some parts of the platform are built on older tech stacks, which can slow down development or make it harder to modernize UX/UI quickly. Prioritization Pressure: Due to a wide customer base and integration-heavy roadmap, prioritization can feel reactive at times. Resource Constraints: As with many mid-sized SaaS companies, PMs often wear multiple hats, which can lead to occasional stretch.
