      Pros

      It's a flexible work environment that cares about the individuals and D&I. High tech driven and a space where you can always work together to find solutions.

      Cons

      If you think inside the box and need layers and structure and too much Governance to operate, this is not for you. We operate in a flat environment and need positive hands-on teams.

      Pros

      Strong senior management team who are very hands on. You get to work with creative and smart people with a strong will to get things done. Work is varied, interesting and excited and it still has 'start up' mentality to problem solving. The organisation is growing (new products and new markets) and is owned by SAP which provides a large global reach and stability.

      Cons

      In a lot of areas the work is very much cross border and in multiple timezone so this won't suit all people.
