Pros

I joined as a Sr. Software Engineer but did not get any project call for three months . Now they are forcing me to put the papers and making excuses that we have sent your resume for multiple clients but your skills doesn't meet their requirements. Don't know then why they hired me? My expected joining was almost 1 week later but hr insisted me to join earlier saying that it's urgent project requirement.

Cons

No job safety , worst resource management.

Pros

Good place for a fresher Some managers are true leaders People are warm ( excluding management ) Work life balance exists but only if you are really bad at your work, which subsequently does come at a price. Recognition for your work will be in the form of appreciation and no real rewards like a promotion or bonus or good annual hike. Company is located at Koramangala, easy to travel and a lively place. Some HR are really good and try to help you to their level best. You can find some really smart but modest people here but in scarce.

Cons

Disclaimer: This might not be a cons list but what me and my team is facing currently. Work life balance - I currently work for 10-15 hrs a day average being 12hrs with 15-30min break time for lunch. The manager stalks you on Skype and calls you if you are away for more than 15min. After working non stop for 12 hrs on an average knocking down 3-5 story points (each story point bring a days work) worth work, the manager says you are not productive - estimates are based on how to please the clients rather than giving a real deadline. Extreme politics which is a bit too much to handle. Work pressure is created though it does not actually exist There are very few leaders in this company rest of them are just dictators. You will hear alot of "either my way or no way" slogan HR's do not care about anything, they are with the managers. You will be forced to work on weekend. Lack of professional ethics - they will call you and force you to work remotely on the day you called in sick. Salary hike and career growth is rock bottom here. Expect your salary, career growth and personal growth to plummet in this company. Management really needs to treat the employees like humans rather than machines. Any attempt you make to deviate from your managements tyranny is replied in kind through politics and escalations. My ex-teammate depicted that the management as slave drivers who whip their slaves to build a pyramid and ask them to carry the stones to the top of the monolith within a day and alone. In a matter of 4 months 4 of my teammates quit the company due to work pressure, tyranny and work life balance. Canteen food can make you sick.

Pros

Good package when hired. Better in terms of location, but no staff transportation.

Cons

They will give you a 100rupees coupon(called applaud award) if you work for 15hrs day for 3 months continously. Even schools started giving 100rupees coupon for students for their good acheivements. Including CEO, all top management not employee friendly(but they claim as employee friendly which is not true). Not a Best employer as they say, As per my knowledge majority has given a negative feed back ,but don't know how they get the Awards for best employer. No effort recognition at all. Only a few favorite people will take away the credit. HR and Managers are paid high for making some nonsense organizational policy which doesn't do any good for employees and only for them 2 month Notice period which is not negotiable and no Buy Back , so its like a jail cant jump out easily No work ethics...full of already screwed up projects. Unrealistic deadlines.... No effort recognition at all. Only a few favorite people will take away the credit. In case of any issues or failures ...YOU take the blame.
