Disclaimer: This might not be a cons list but what me and my team is facing currently.
Work life balance - I currently work for 10-15 hrs a day average being 12hrs with 15-30min break time for lunch.
The manager stalks you on Skype and calls you if you are away for more than 15min.
After working non stop for 12 hrs on an average knocking down 3-5 story points (each story point bring a days work) worth work, the manager says you are not productive - estimates are based on how to please the clients rather than giving a real deadline.
Extreme politics which is a bit too much to handle.
Work pressure is created though it does not actually exist
There are very few leaders in this company rest of them are just dictators.
You will hear alot of "either my way or no way" slogan
HR's do not care about anything, they are with the managers.
You will be forced to work on weekend.
Lack of professional ethics - they will call you and force you to work remotely on the day you called in sick.
Salary hike and career growth is rock bottom here.
Expect your salary, career growth and personal growth to plummet in this company.
Management really needs to treat the employees like humans rather than machines.
Any attempt you make to deviate from your managements tyranny is replied in kind through politics and escalations.
My ex-teammate depicted that the management as slave drivers who whip their slaves to build a pyramid and ask them to carry the stones to the top of the monolith within a day and alone.
In a matter of 4 months 4 of my teammates quit the company due to work pressure, tyranny and work life balance.
Canteen food can make you sick.
