Full of Politics HR is just for name sake Policies are designed keeping in consideration of management only. All policies are subject to manager approval, in simple words..be a boss pet and you can avail all the benefits. No value of hard working employees. Managers use double meaning and foul language and culture is really negative. They offer peanuts as appraisals, those who are managers favourites will get good appraisal. Hire and Fire system. No safety concerns for female staff who are being asked to stay late at work without any valid reasons Too many reviews and unproductive meetings..which will just waste your time.
