"Herb" called me pretty quickly after I applied (didn't even have a professional application process, the link just asked to send a resume to his email).

Cons

I was incredibly interested in the job - the company has a great concept and a lot of potential - just not with this management. I have a bachelors degree and four years of experience in sales and account management, yet he wanted to start me in customer service making about $10 an hour. Of course, he said I'd move up pretty quickly, but I had already read other reviews about him saying the same thing. Thank god I didn't take the job.

If I were to think of one pro it would be that you could dress casually. That is about it.

Cons

They tricked me into thinking I would be doing one job and forced me to do customer service. They make so many promises that they do not keep. They told me that after a three month trial period I would be making more money and be doing the job that I applied for. 6 months later I received no raise and I was still working in customer service. I spent every day being yelled at by customers because the company is so poorly run and customers were constantly unhappy. When I asked if I were going to get a raise they offered me compensation for making an impossible goal... (I was making barley minimum wage) This was my first job out of school and I was so excited but I was treated so poorly. It scarred me for life and I will research a company before I jump into a job. Please do not work here! You will thank me later.

Very unprofessional atmosphere Routinely lies to customers and fails to get uniforms to customers in time for tournaments despite promises to do so Routinely produces poor-quality uniforms that need to be sent back for re-pressing Refuses to hire enough people to adequately cover all departments in order to stay below 50 employees and keep to a lower tax bracket Low morale, low trust between departments
