- skill development opportunities - flexible hours - relaxed work environment - great communication between teams and team members - office located close to the central area, easy to get to via public transportation - frequent team building events and office activities - many benefits (quality coffee, various fruits, pizza Friday, music festivals, trips, contests with prizes etc)

There are no actual benefits

Cons

No benefits, raises and future. Also the layoff after 9 years of working is a notice sent through a bailiff (executor judecatoresc) if you do not sign it on point and all work access cut once called, before the notice period actually starts. No compensatory salaries or vacation days paid after layoff
