      None really that I can think of.

      Cons

      Owners pay the minimum amount but expect you to dedicate your life to their company. Bad management. Weird culture. Just go elsewhere.

      Nepotistic Low Pay Owner sleeps with employees No recognition Not professional at all No opportunity for advancement No coaching to improve performance, they just fire you.
