      It has really gone down hill in my opinion in terms of leadership constant change, HR that is has no emotional intelligence.

      Unethical practices harming the business. Decisions made based on assumptions. Leadership detached and seem unaware of how this erodes internal morale and credibility. If integrity and sustainability matter to you, proceed with caution.
