A bit fast paced and growing so you’ll have to be extremely motivated and take incentive in most situations

Laid off after just one month with no warning, despite no performance issues. Management is poor, and HR lacks transparency. Training is disorganized and mostly self-directed, with minimal guidance. Meetings were unprofessional, sometimes involving yelling and swearing. Overall, a chaotic and disappointing experience.
