      The department head is the queen of manipulation and toxic culture. You will not be informed about the quotas at the time of job discussion, after joining you will get the quotas and that’s based off no logic. Any discussion around this will be met with sugar coated answers. The team has some long tenured folks who are with family, friends or master in the game of politics. Join if you want to make some money and jump elsewhere.
