Pros

uncertainty under SPH with plans keep changing and direction keep getting re-communication. however, appreciate that the managers are very prompt, honest, clear and help set up teams for success with clear objectives and goals. work life balance is respected here. trust given to staff. people care about output and work, not politics and optics.

Cons

plans keep changing, a lot of double-hatting as workload stacks. however people are willing to fight. but not sure for how long or if it is sustainable for mid-to-long-term

Rollercoaster ride - fast and fun, but need to prepare for the downfall

- Flexible working hours and really chill as long as you get your work done - Offers lots of opportunities for you to make decisions at work - Super nice colleagues across Southeast Asia - No corporate hierarchy, you are welcome to challenge the leaders or management as long as your point is valid haha

Cons

- Startup hustle, fast-paced and requires a lot of critical thinking (not suitable if you are rigid and love to be in your comfort zone) - Maria and Willis are very results-oriented and forward-thinking but can be harsh in tone when they are stressed out. - No bonus and job insecurity due to business outlook - Career progression could be slow
