sometime give expected package, perks if you stay long in this company.

Cons

When they don't need you they will fire you. Then they will show you who they are actually. They lack ethics for employees. Bad US clients with politics.

They will make you resign and they don't offer any letter.

Cons

No good HR policy, they will hang you up till they get candidate which can ready to accept the offer in the lowest wages. No team management and I have seen my colleague crying.

1. They say company culture is great & its tech happily but it is not. 2. They don't trust you with your work. 3. Indian HR is namesake, Everything gets approved by US side & clients are from US side. 4. US Clients means US shift, Initally they don't mention it's US shift later it goes on night work. 5. U need to work till midnight & client appreciate working till morning or midnight
