I work with a really friendly and supportive team. People are easy to approach, and I feel comfortable sharing ideas. In my role as a designer, I get real responsibility and not just small tasks, which has helped me grow a lot. I sometimes feel that things are not fully planned before work starts. Requirements can change during the project, which can lead to rework. Some processes are still developing, so work can feel a bit unstructured at times. Also I feel communication between teams could be smoother.
