1. They give unrealistic estimation to client 2. Then they expect people of work 11-12 hours a day. Even on weekends. 3. No proper work ethics. Manager can call anytime, day or night doesn’t matter. 4. They think that they follow Agile but it’s not 5. Once the client project gone(means couldn’t finish on time) they’ll fire everyone in the team. Even the employees who joined couple of months back. That’s why it’s unsafe. 6. After that they not give proper relieving letter, and other tax documents.

1) Top technologies to work on .. Mean Stack, Big Data, AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, NLP etc. 2) You work with one client at a time, for end to end project life cycle i.e. long term. Good learning exposure without too much of chaos. 3) Regular client interactions - Involvement in planning and dev process, can share ideas freely 4) Small teams but full flexibility - work timings, work from home etc. 5) Approachable Mgmt 6) Fun @ work - Carrom, Chess, Badminton, Cricket etc..

Cons

There are no cons .. still, its a new set up in India, so small but growing company.

TechGenies has good engineers, good persons working there. so it is a good place to work.

Cons

The client, TechGenies do actions if the client allow it, TechGenies can give you vacation if the client allow it, so some of the problem as worker rights can be smashing if the client wants. the accountant area has always problems, I don't really know if it is their manager but they always missing something like invoices or bonus pay are delayed or there is always something wrong. You have to quit the job to have increase on your salary, and this is wrong they have to see the effort and the necessity of their employees not wait until they want to leave the company
