A good healthcare benefits package and PTO.

The chief executive level is solely focused on preparing the company to be sold with low regard for the middle and lower levels of the company who do the bulk of the work. They disregard a constant flow of negative client feedback all in support of getting a return on their shares. The bullying tactics with employees and strong arming clients has created a toxic environment resulting in constant turnover and client cancellations. There are executive level personnel who are not qualified for their positions but they are connected to the CEO so no proper changes are made. They constantly point their fingers at others instead of themselves.

Decent benefits, flex vacation policy, management is fairly hands off and allows the teams freedom to work in whatever way suits them (minus remote work, of course)

Cons

About a dozen key technical people quit over the last 2 years and no adjustments have been made to appease the people still here. Leadership ignores employee feedback, justifies their positions, and results in more resignations (you can see examples of this by reading replies to reviews on this site). With the low salaries, lack of direction, mandated office presence, constant re-organization of teams, outdated technologies, it is very easy to find a much more attractive offer elsewhere.

Had a good manager - but he has been fired just like everyone else I started with.

Cons

I can't even begin to explain the cons of working here - management is awful, the product is just about impossible to explain unless you have a PhD in engineering, everyone I started with was let go; they expect results but don't offer any coaching.
