      1. Nice team to work with. 2. Very, friendly environment and management are also favorable to the employee. 3. Good place to learn new things. 4. Technerds is a place where you can prove yourself and at the same time, you can have excellent career growth. 5. Fresher will have the chance to work with the client directly.

      Cons

      Since I'm working here for the past five years in Technerds. I personally felt no cons.
