The workload is really heavy, and it's been tough to keep up. Our management has been cutting corners to save money. Initially, they offered health insurance, accidental insurance, and life insurance by deducting 6k from our salary package. But now, they've only renewed the health insurance and still deduct the same amount.
On top of that, our salary increments have been minimal, just 8%, despite the increased workload. They're also including variable pay in the increment, which is paid quarterly and is consistently late by one quarter. Sometimes, we're expected to work overtime without any extra pay, and when it comes to the variable pay, they only give us less than 50% of variable pay.
It's disheartening to witness that while people leave the organization, senior management asks them to write a positive review and share the screenshot. It's hard to believe that such a practice is happening.
