Work life balance and some tireless colleagues

Cons

No direction whatsoever. Chasing CEO's half baked ideas to produce very little of value. Using tech that is decades old and trying to be an authority on nonprofit tech. They give "promotions", which for them means no pay increase but taking on the work of someone who quit.

Love the vision and mission, BUT it was never meant to be locked in stone (as it appears to be now) but should continuously evolve.

Cons

As someone else said, where to start? First, when you promote someone to CEO who NEVER ran a single financially successful endeavor in 20+ years why should you be surprised at the current situation. LONG overdue to bring in outside fresh blood and ideas to reinvigorate this truly impactful organization.

Flexible schedule, great people to work with depending on which team and/or location you're at

Cons

No pay raise for the past 4 years, for a tech social enterprise, we are waaay behind, super slow decision making, people seem to be looking out for their own interests and sucking up to the bosses big time
