Bad Management in the project.

People dont like this place, new people come every week, old ones leave company every week as well. Working there for 37 monthes, had 4 supervisors, 6 roles, not clear instructions, Project, i was originally hired at, has been closed, all employees fired/leaved. Company tried me for several other roles, with the same words - 'We have a need in such specialist' and in a several monthes - it happened, my work is not needed to anyone. Ended up with a situation that they did not pay me for the last month, bec, i had a poor performance. (Poor performance = you have a task with no informnation how to do it, and no one knows where to take required data). One day you just banned from the system, and have to ask what happen at email via your personal accounts.
