Pros

when we come up with any, we'll let you know

Cons

Where to begin. This is a culture that suborns and supports negativity and toxic behavior, in almost every department. Do not count on petitioning HR for resolutions to abusive behavior, nothing will be done. It's understood that if you are very desperate for a job, then you need to work. But if you have other options besides this company, exercise them. Do not be taken in by fake reviews or positive-sounding HR responses on this site, it's a ruse. Know exactly what you are getting into with employment here, and it's not good in any way.

Pros

-Most of the employees here are nice to work with -The office is pretty, however one should be more concerned about what's within

Cons

-Petty office politics ruin the good things about working at JF -Senior management bullying, (e.g. threatening team members' employment, arguing in front of peers, etc.), especially for projects, has been allowed to continue -Speaking out against those bully managers invites unchecked retaliation -Senior managers who know little about being effective leaders and refuse to collaborate with others are allowed to remain in the organization -Benefits could be better, but certainly not the worst

Pros

there is free booze and a great patio

Cons

many of the leaders are boys (not men), and promotions happen based on favoritism and politics instead of clearly demonstrated merit. I got tired of seeing it happen and knowing the HR team would do nothing about it bc they only care about protecting the company, not the people who have the courage to speak out when something is wrong.
