      Pros

      Easy to get a job if just starting a career. Lots of training.

      Cons

      Horrible management. It is a women own business but women are treated poorly and they do not treat each other with respect. Lots of emphasis to fill out survey with high reviews, definitely not one of the best companies to work for. High turn over rate.

      Pros

      People like to honor other employees' birthdays and anniversaries. People generally work hard and are dedicated. The company seems to be able to attract new business.

      Cons

      This company has a reputation as a "revolving door" company - due to people quitting or being fired regularly. It is listed in the Houston Chronicle's Top 100 companies to work for, but that is largely due to HR pressuring employees to fill out the survey and give the company high marks instead of honestly pointing out areas of weakness and areas that need improvement.

      HIGHLY recommend to stay away from this company. It is an extremely hostile environment and employees are treated terrible. The logistics department has an extremely high turnaround rate. The department is belittling and does not train adequately, it is micromanaged and dictated. It is a waste of time to do the interview process, tests, and writing samples. BE AWARE, do research and read reviews.
