      Pros

      The programs are incredible. The equity focus is super important. The work-life balance is incredible, also. Leadership is very supportive of staff PD and collaboration.

      Cons

      The transition over the past year has caused a lot of discomfort amoung staff.

      emphasis on worklife balance, supportive supervision, flexibility with work responsibilities and growth opportunities

      Cons

      high employee turnover rate, the company was in a stage of transition and it made program planning and volunteer engagement difficult, Leadership seemed to care more about securing funding than the impact of programming on our beneficiaries (BIPOC youth from marginalized communities)
