There are a few issues with the company, here are a few that happened whilst I was there: 1) constant drama 2) inappropriate comments by senior male staff - when this was reported, those who spoke out were penalised. 3) Said inappropriate male staff then being promoted into senior positions despite multiple female staff speaking out against his disgusting behaviour. 4) Confidential information about employees being shared with other staff members by the CEO and HR to stir drama - not because they were a "need to know". 5) Lots of "accidental" managers 6) Poor pay and long hours 7) not paying staff when they get promoted...instead insisting they have to earn the wage increase...so essentially giving them way more responsibility but not paying them for the additioanl work
