The cons here are many:
Lack of sanitation and basic facilities such as a clean washroom.
Management is too busy playing favorites with certain employees or making up trackers to make sure employees do not get a moment's rest
Not a good environment for women employees where they don't even have a sexual harassment policy in place.

No defined KRA
Runs like a bureaucratic office
Management does not trust the employees
No benefits
Office is in a dusty, dingy alley where power cuts are quite regular
They don't even ensure that the ACs work properly or the fridge is cleaned.
No receptionist or guard
Absolute chaos in the name of monthly parties, male employees are not taught to behave properly or exercise restraint
No job stability or appreciation
Do not encourage work life balance or encourage an employee's creativity
New additions to management are too busy making trackers and giving people inspirational anecdotes instead of actually managing work
CEO runs the organization like it's a sweet shop, accusing employees and treating them like dispensable units
Unethical practices are encouraged and incentives are almost always given to favorite employees or senior management
Salary negotiation is much like you how you'd bargain at a flea market..job skills, talent and education are not valued.
Low salaries and the management regularly try to pull down negative reviews by compelling existing employees to write exceedingly positive and false reviews
