      Pros

      I got some of the best training I've ever had and it helped me even though I switched careers

      Cons

      Hard career growth. The real money is in being both an account manager and recruiter and that's a hard progression. Also, there is a ton of competition on the market

      Laid Back Company w/ Good Clients

      Pros

      A very laid-back environment with a down-to-earth CEO that is knowledgeable and kind. They used to have an office space but since the pandemic, it is completely remote, which has its own pros and cons.

      Cons

      It is really up to you to get results, sink or swim, no hand-holding. Sometimes communication with other account managers/coworkers is delayed since everyone is remote now.

      Pros

      Mostly remote, and no real micromanagement as everyone has been at the company for awhile and knows the tech industry well. Also, a lot of their Account Managers are working directly with hiring managers which makes targeting searches easier.

      Cons

      Maybe too much freedom for when you first start. There could be more management, but once you get it, you get it.
