      Great place, great people

      Pros

      Great place, people, and culture. German philosophy, high amount of trust between people, lots of collaborations and very intelligent discussion. Lots of travels. Great place for young people

      Cons

      Sometimes the company moves really slowly. Not sure if everybody knows what they are doing.

      No management. Expects operators to run business from top to bottom. Very top heavy.

      Pros

      Lots of vacation time and sick time. They will never fire anyone. You will be able to work a lot of overtime, because you can't get all of your responsibilities done in 8 hours.

      Cons

      Good luck being able to use any vacation time due to not enough employees to cover. Company expects your life to revolve around them and their customers.

      Pros

      5 weeks vacation if you don't have to use it to cover for your overtime when you want a day off from working so much

      Cons

      Plan on working every weekend and using your vacation for days off. Raises suck will take you forever to top out. Management will lie to you a lot even promise things in your interview to get you to work there. Management is not on the same page so operators have to pay for it
