Working for a market leading company that invests in its R&D to deliver the best solutions to the global customer base. Fast paced sales environment that rewards high performers who go the extra mile to support the business and customers. Very supportive management team. Whilst the KPIs are intense, this is expected in a sales environment. The KPIs serve as a guide to success short and long term.

Cons

Improved company car scheme could be considered.

Micromanagement, toxic work culture, no room for real growth, leadership lacks effective communication and instead yell and curse, no flexibility with remote work

Great company to work for, with a strong team spirit and a supportive working environment. I learned a lot during my experience and had many opportunities to grow professionally. I also had excellent managers who trusted me, supported me, and contributed significantly to my development.

Cons

Remote working is very limited, which can be a constraint for some employees. In addition, due to the size and structure of the company, career progression can sometimes be challenging for support functions.
