Straight forward work schedule and consistent hours.

Cons

This job in almost ANY department will feel like working in a prison. The favoritism working here is so bad that the smallest mistake can cause you to suffer drastically as the ones who damage the companies reputation get their mistakes covered up. The team leads are extremely rude and disrespectful. The work demand is too high for such a low paying job, do not work here.

The old blood will stay there and defend the other old blood, regardless of behavior. Including, but not limited to: discriminatory language used on the floor and behind closed doors, outright hostile acts on the clock, usage of substances whilst operating equipment.
