Pros
No micromanagement; employees are trusted to do their work. Work-from-home (WFH) is easily accommodated when needed. Free on-site meals are a great perk. Sometimes the learning opportunities are good.
Cons
Increments are postponed until March, causing frustration. Unnecessary favoritism by management towards certain employees creates a toxic work environment. Bonuses are often delayed and only provided after repeated inquiries from employees. They should be given on time without employees having to ask. Employees who brought significant revenue to the company were mistreated once their projects ended, creating a lack of trust and job security. A provident fund is not provided, which impacts long-term employee benefits.
