      No real engineering culture - lots of internal turf wars and poor cross-team collaboration Pay rewards seniority over performance; high performers with less tenure often earn less than low-effort veterans Upper management is out of touch; decisions feel disconnected and uncoordinated across teams Department roles are unclear, and siloed structures make it feel like you're working in separate mini-companies Legacy monolithic codebase with little investment in QA or scalability - bugs often go undetected until customers complain Limited exposure to modern tools or frameworks; most work is tied to the company’s outdated in-house stack

      It all depends on the manager. Mine is great.

      Some micromanagement, no space for creativity. Any innovation take a long time to be implemented.
