Pros

Not many pros from when I was there. They did have some good people working for them

Cons

Management - Micromanage, have a "do as I say, not as I do" attitude. Treat employees poorly

Turbulent times

Pros

Decent benefits, some good people, opportunities to move to other divisions, salaries seem to line up with industry standards

Cons

Very chaotic - not a smooth operation after two years of trying to merge 5 disparate companies into one with the same processes, language, positions, titles, culture, etc. Senior Management doesn't take time to think through operational changes including layoffs -

Enjoy my time at Tegria

Pros

Tegria offered me competitive compensation and a strong remote-first work environment that supports flexibility. Leadership was a highlight of my experience, as both my manager and director were supportive, approachable, and invested in employee success. Additionally, the HR team was highly organized and structured, which contributed to clear processes and a positive employee experience. I loved the ability to apply to work from abroad and the immediate vesting in 401k + once a year bonus.

Cons

Teams often operate in silos, which can create a disjointed experience for customers who utilize multiple services. The organizational structure can make cross-functional collaboration challenging at times. Additionally, the company’s large size can result in executive decisions being made with limited direct engagement with frontline staff. The overall culture can also feel somewhat reserved, which may not appeal to those seeking a more dynamic or highly interactive environment.

Pros

Tegria has a great team-oriented culture! I worked with some amazing, dedicated professionals that always delivered on or before deadlines

Cons

After the acquisition of several companies in late 2022, some of employees felt there was a sense of disconnect among teams until the 'dust settled'

Pros

Honestly, there is not one Pro for working here.

Cons

Lost of several client contracts this year due to clownish management and unhappy coders. After merging from a legacy brand, the company has crashed and burned. Everyone is trying to leave and management has jumped shipped one after another. Pay is not competitive, raises are non-existent and there is a strong cult like culture with only family and friends that are promoted. On the Medirevv side there is heavy micromanaging from supervisors who know nothing of your project. Job descriptions and duties change without notification and positions of people flooding out the door are not filled. The only reward is more work for those who stick around. Insurance benefits are expensive and 401k plan is not the greatest. I have never worked anywhere in this industry where employees were so unhappy in every department. Apparently the management cliche are bent on covering up the issues opposed to fixing it. Half my team has left and the other half is looking for a better organization that does not have the bad reputation of losing coding contracts. If you have been in healthcare for awhile, you will not like this fast food type management that this company has going on.

Pros

Flexibility, solid client work and new business coming in; Epic experts on the team who want to keep Epic analyst skills sharp, work remotely, be trusted to make good decisions for work/life balance. High scores on local/team-based team culture.

Cons

We are still building the house while working and living in it. Lots of change happening, but getting better at communication from higher levels/senior management.

Pros

None, one of the worst companies I worked for

Cons

No chance to change your shift after putting in several requests. They add more hospitals on to your que and give terrible raises, more work generally means more pay right? Constant micromanaging Lack of culture High turn over

Pros

Tegria is the best company I've ever worked at. My teammates, managers, and directors are all incredibly supportive and work to engender an inclusive and safe working environment. I don't think I've had an issue with a single Tegrian I've ever interacted with. Executives hold monthly meetings and are transparent about new processes, business challenges, bonus outlook, etc. Tegria also promotes a great work-life balance. Unlimited PTO here is not just a sentence on a page - they mean it, and managers will check in if you're not taking enough.

Cons

The health insurance bloooows but they made improvements to the plan recently. Hopeful that this trend will continue.

Pros

Unlimited pto and decent health benefits

Cons

Management lacks direction. Priorities are constantly changing and targets are set too high to meet financial goals. Team members seem drained from all of the work on their plates and burnt out. Absolutely zero team culture fostered in groups. Management didn’t seem like they cared about employees, only focus is on work.
