management at this firm is unprofessional, namely in the delegate acquisition department. working hours changes on a whim and employees are expected to follow it immediately when no prior notices were given or they get asked to leave.

TEH Group has so much potential to continue their journey in Indonesian Market.

Cons

Sadly, their poor leadership and lack of acknowledgement and support toward their employees will be the end of the company in the near future if they won't correct their ways in handling a company. They also did not have a solid managerial roles and also some questionable and poor choices in some matters. Especially when they had to chose a leader with so many flaws in Indonesian branch. Please correct this mistake as soon as possible if you want to continue to see your company flourish and grow rapidly.
