Pros
Telmediq as a product and early-stage start-up team was attractive to me given my experience with clinical SaaS solutions. Great start-up culture, great people and competitive salaries. I enjoyed the work-life balance benefits of my role, and the driven attitudes that helped make every day fun and exciting to be a part of a growing team.
Cons
My departure from my role with this particular team and product was unexpected due to a merger that occurred in late 2019. Like with any merger there are naturally going to be challenges, but the the major unexpected shifts in 2020 that I personally experienced were not ones that I would consider were handled well with respect to being people-focused.
