Easy going work environment for the most part, and fairly prominent in the business. It definitely won't hurt your resume if it's on there
Cons
VERY hard to advance, and pay is barely competitive. Benefits aren't great, and the only time for a CHANCE to advance is once a year. I'd have better luck applying to a new job after a year of employment if that's the case.
